We are an English language school for all levels and ages of learners. Our teaching combines the best of traditional methods with a modern, communicative approach. Courses and Services.

English Language Courses

We offer a range of English courses for all learners (ages 8 and up) with a focus on interactive communication, and academic-skills based English courses (for intermediate to advanced-level students). Classes can be taken on an individual basis (one-to-one) or in small group classes (2 to 8 students). All classes are available online, or hybrid (both online/classroom).

English Activity Camps

During the summer holidays and throughout the year. Customize your camps from a wide-range of activities & sports. Available for both school students and private group bookings (all ages).

Academic Preparation Courses

TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge Exam preparation courses. Classes are offered on an individual basis (one-to-one) or in small group classes (2 to 8 students). All classes are available either online, or hybrid (both online/classroom). Level: intermediate to advanced.

English for Tourism & Hospitality Courses

We offer a selection of contemporary, tailor-made tourism courses for employees wishing to develop their customer service skills in English. Level: beginner to advanced.

Business English, Corporate Training & Communication Skills

We offer modern courses in: Business English, English for Administration, Email & Telephone English, Tourism & Hospitality, Communication Skills & Body Language. Upon agreement, specialised English language courses and workshops can be developed to meet your training requirements. Workshops and mini-courses can be developed on an individual basis (one-to-one) or in groups. Consultations are also available for assistance with the creation of any English language material – including editing and proofreading. All services are available online, or hybrid (online/classroom). Workshops can be developed to suit all levels.

English Clinic

Are you preparing for a presentation? Do you need help making an English resume and a cover letter for a job application? Perhaps you need help with an academic assignment? Possibly, you need assistance with technical translations or creating English language content for your business? You might just want to practice your informal English conversation skills or even receive language help with mini-tutorials and grammar explanations? Maybe, you just need some help with your homework or drafting an important email? Whatever your English language requirements, you can arrange an appointment at the English Clinic for assistance! Also available as an online service.

Classes are held online. Alternatively, at a pre-arranged location anywhere in the Lisbon area.

We can also come to you! With the ability to teach remotely, it is also possible to arrange classes in other locations, meaning you can still benefit from a Say School education without having to come to us. All courses are also available online. We endeavour to teach you when you want - so scheduling and distance from the school’s location is not a problem!

All new students have a free introductory meeting and a placement assessment online, ensuring you enroll on the right course for you – and with other learners of a similar ability. We are confident you will enjoy learning English with us!
